Rosebud Egg

The Rosebud Egg is a jewelled enameled Easter egg made for Tsar Nicolas II, who presented the egg to his wife, Empress Alexandra Fyodorovna. It was the first egg that Nicolas presented to Alexandra.

The Rosebud Egg was made by Michael Perchin under the supervision of Peter Carl Fabergé in St. Petersburg in 1895.
